Sign In with Google and Apple

One click to get started. BeatSage now supports Google and Apple social sign-in alongside email and password.

Getting into BeatSage just got simpler. We now fully support Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple as authentication options alongside traditional email and password.

Why It Matters

Every extra step between "I want to try this" and "I'm learning" is a chance to lose someone. Typing out a password, confirming an email, waiting for a verification link. These are small frictions, but they add up. Social sign-in removes most of them. One click, one confirmation, and you're in your DAW with a mentor ready to go.

How It Works

When you open BeatSage, the sign-in screen offers three options: Google, Apple, or email. Choosing Google or Apple opens your system browser, where you authenticate with your existing account. BeatSage picks up the result automatically and signs you in. No copy-pasting tokens, no switching back and forth.

Behind the scenes, the flow is straightforward. The desktop app requests a one-time state token from our server, opens the provider's consent screen in your browser, and polls for the result. Once you approve, we create your BeatSage account (or link to an existing one if you've used the same email before), issue a session token, and you're ready to go. The whole thing takes a few seconds.

Apple users who prefer to hide their email can do so. BeatSage works fine with Apple's private relay addresses.

Privacy

We only request your name and email from Google or Apple. We don't access contacts, calendars, or anything else. Your OAuth tokens stay on our server and are never shared. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Apple account settings.

Available Now

Both providers are live in the current version of BeatSage. If you already have an account with the same email, signing in with Google or Apple will automatically link to it. No data loss, no duplicate accounts.

If you haven't tried BeatSage yet, this is the fastest way to get started. Download the app, click a button, and start making music.
